UToledo to Host Enrollment Open House Aug. 7

There’s still time to enroll in fall classes at The University of Toledo, and an upcoming open house and resource fair is aimed at making that process as simple as possible for prospective students.

Rocket One Stop will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, in Rocket Hall on the University’s Main Campus.

Advisors from each of UToledo’s academic colleges also will be on hand.

“We’re less than a month away from the start of the fall 2024 semester, but it’s not too late to get enrolled,” said Christy Sevier, assistant vice president of undergraduate admissions. “This event provides prospective students an opportunity to take care of everything they need to do to get started at UToledo this fall.”

Advanced registration is encouraged, but not required. Individuals can register online via the Rocket One Stop website. Attendees do need to bring with them their official academic transcripts.

In addition, there will be complimentary lunch via local food trucks from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as well as a student resource fair.

The event is open to anyone who is looking to start classes in the fall 2024 semester. It is recommended to check in by 6 p.m. to ensure there is enough time to complete the enrollment process.

Individuals who already have signed up for classes but have additional questions about financial aid or wish to speak with an academic advisor also are welcome to attend.
