UToledo to Host Spring Welcome Back Virtual Forum

The Office of the Provost will host a virtual town hall Friday, Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. to update faculty and staff on plans for the spring semester and the status of the University’s COVID-19 response and vaccine distribution plans. Following the discussion, there will be time to address questions.

Dr. Gregory Postel, interim president, and Dr. Karen Bjorkman, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs, will be joined by a panel of representatives from Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Adrienne King, associate vice president of marketing and communications.

Panelists will include:

• Dr. Phillip “Flapp” Cockrell, vice president for student affairs and vice provost;

• Dr. Jennifer Hanrahan, infectious disease specialist and associate professor of medicine;;

• Julie Quinonez, University registrar; and

• Dr. Amy Thompson, vice provost for academic affairs.
