As the end of the semester draws near, stress can begin to increase. The Rocket Health Coalition is partnering to offer a variety of activities to help students de-stress in the final weeks.

Throughout the week of April 25-29, students are encouraged to stop by the scheduled events and activities on Main and Health Science campuses to engage, learn and relax. Activities range from arts and crafts, a yoga bowl session and Title IX prevention activities.

“We recognize the hard work our UToledo students have put in throughout the semester and hope these activities help them transition to their next chapter with a little less stress,” said Andrea Masters, associate director of University Wellness and Health Promotion.

Rocket Health Coalition Partners include: University Wellness and Health Promotion, University Counseling Center, Office of Recreational Services, Academic Enrichment Center, Title IX, University Libraries and Office of Student Advocacy and Support.

Registration isn’t required but supplies and space may be limited. For more information about these free events including the complete schedule of times, dates and locations for the activities, visit the Rocket Health website.

If attending a live event doesn’t work for your schedule, additional activities are available to complete at leisure including de-stress bingo, mindfulness videos and a recorded sleep health presentation.
