The University of Toledo’s Department of Theatre and Film is holding auditions for its November stage production of Shakespeare’s “Hamlet.”
Auditions are from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, and Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Center Theatre in the Center for Performing Arts. All UToledo students and community members are welcome to audition and must bring one 60-90 second Shakespeare monologue and be prepared to sing a brief snippet of a song.
Sign-ups for an audition slot are available outside Center for Performing Arts Room 1030.
Directed by Dr. Matt Foss, associate professor of theatre and film, “Hamlet” will run Thursday, Nov. 10, through Sunday, Nov. 20.
