Native American Heritage Month is a time of celebration and reflection at The University of Toledo as we pay tribute to the rich cultural heritage, traditions and contributions of Native Americans. Throughout November, the University community comes together to honor Indigenous peoples’ enduring legacy and deepen our understanding of their diverse cultures.

On Tuesday, Nov. 7, the Office of Multicultural Student Success invites everyone to a special mixer from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the OMSS Thompson Student Union Room 2500. The event is to foster cultural exchange, dialogue and community building, and to provide a welcoming space for individuals to interact with Native American students, share experiences and deepen their understanding of Indigenous cultures. Guest will have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional dish, “Three Sister Soup.”
