UToledo faculty and staff packed the Savage Arena entrance Friday to greet and cheer on first-year students arriving for Rocky’s Welcome, the University’s annual new student convocation ceremony.
The event — part of Rocket Welcome Weekend — introduces incoming freshmen to key leaders and campus traditions, helping to build a sense of connection and community ahead of the first day of fall classes.
