The University of Toledo will host two ceremonies to celebrate the success of the graduating Class of 2022 at fall Commencement.

The ceremonies will be 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in Savage Arena.

The 9 a.m. ceremony recognizes all doctoral candidates across UToledo’s colleges and graduates from the colleges of Engineering; Health and Human Services; Law; Medicine and Life Sciences; and Judith Herb College of Education.

The 1 p.m. ceremony recognizes graduates from the colleges of Arts and Letters; Nursing; Natural Sciences and Mathematics; Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences; John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation; and University College.

“The Class of 2022 has the unique opportunity to add their names to the list of UToledo alumni at an important moment in our history as we celebrate our 150th anniversary,” President Gregory Postel said. “Congratulations to all of our graduates on earning their college degree from UToledo in the year of our sesquicentennial. We are proud to celebrate their successful personal and academic journey.”

UToledo will celebrate 1,852 candidates for degrees across both ceremonies, including 1,323 bachelor’s, 365 master’s and 82 doctoral candidates.
