The faculty members given the honorary title are Dr. G. Glenn Lipscomb, Dr. S. Thomas Megeath and Dr. Kim Nielsen, leading experts in engineering, astronomy and disability studies, respectively.

Undergraduate ceremonies are 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday in Savage Arena. Graduate commencement including a separate hooding ceremony for graduates receiving doctoral degrees is 6 p.m. Friday in Savage Arena.
